We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Specialized Neonatal Nurse to join our medical team in the neonatal intensive care unit. This position requires advanced clinical skills, experience in caring for premature or medically complex newborns, and a strong ability to work as part of a team under pressure. The specialized neonatal nurse will play a key role in the direct care of newborns, working closely with neonatologists, pediatricians, other healthcare professionals, and the families of patients.
Responsibilities include constant monitoring of vital signs, administering medications, assisting in medical procedures, and providing emotional support to parents. The nurse is also expected to participate in discharge planning and caregiver education on newborn care at home. The position also involves strict adherence to safety protocols, infection control, and accurate clinical documentation.
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in nursing, be a registered professional nurse, and have specialization or proven experience in neonatology. Certification in neonatal intensive care (such as RNC-NIC) and the ability to operate advanced medical equipment such as ventilators, incubators, and cardiac monitors are highly valued.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, exceptional communication skills, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement and patient-centered care. This is an opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of newborns and their families, working in a high-complexity, technologically advanced hospital environment.
